Never had my item delivered to my door even though I paid 14.99 for the service. It actually got left in a field that has a private road at the other end of town and I had to try and get it out of the field and put it in my own car. Also it seems that you have show a picture of a signature which i definitely did not sign as I wasn't there to receive the item. Really bad customer service
