terrible delivery service
XDP received my package into their depot 2 weeks ago. Last week I received a text saying the package would be delivered the next day and the driver would call 30 minutes out. No phone call, no delivery. Their website was updated saying delivery was attempted, carded and notification sent to my email, all untrue. Tried contacting XDP but there is no number, online chat is disabled and emails were not replied to and the website is almost entirely broken. Contacted the company I purchased the items from, they contacted XDP and said delivery would be reattempted today. Item was finally delivered, but again no phone call 30 minutes out and the box was nearly destroyed. Fortunately the item appears unharmed. Two weeks with no contact or explanation is unacceptable. This company should be held to a higher standard .

You said I'd get it today in before afternoon and I didn't! I took a day off and what am I to do now? I have been waiting all day, now it's evening and you are too busy to talk to me on the phone. They promised to call me back and forgot. I contacted them by myself, but no one picked up the phone. Great!
My order from Wicks arrived at the depot, tracking shows that they split it into two consignments, they delivered one and left the other at the depot, got onto their chat line only to be fobbed off and abruptly dropped from the chat, diabolical customer service. Note to Wicks - use an alternative courier this company does you no good
ZDBAQJ003615 This parcel should have been delivered by 23rd November but has been sat in their delivery depot since the 22nd and not moved although the parcel has been scanned 3 times since it arrive there. No way to contact them other than by email with 24-72hr response time, piss poor service
I wouldn't bother reporting a complaint here, they are such an awful company, there's 50 unresolved complaints, they do not care. Either don't use them or ask the company you have bought from eg wickes to stop using them.
I wanted to contact them about an sofa i ordered and the chat refused to open up and it did worked i had to wait for hours for contact. Never got notification of i was connected.
Pretty much the same as everybody else on here. Ordered a rug off wayfair, who are not the problem, its Xdp the delivery service they use that are the problem. No customer service number, no response to email, no delivery. Appalling company
i am a shocked they forged my signture & left at bottom of stair & i was not able to move it
Time slot between 6pm until 8.30. Showing since last 2 hours that driver is on my side road. Still hasn’t arrived. Tinsley Sheffield
