I am hoping you can tell your driver that he was absolutely brilliant.He carried package up 2flights of stairs which was a 2man job being it weighed nearly 140lb.He even pushed it inside my hallway for me.I couldnt help because i am very ill.If all delivery drivers were like him,there would never be a complaint from anyone.If you can find who it was tell him i wrote this.Mr Neville Collins 39 the rookery newmarket suffolk cb88eg

where's my parcel?
If it's so hard to deliver on time, then what's the point of your service? I have been waiting for my package for 3 weeks. At first, you scheduled the delivery on a definite date. But your courier never arrived. Since then I haven't heard anything from you.
What kind of service is that? I am very disappointed that you can afford to do this to your customers :(

Same as me. Van was nowhere near my house, 2 mins away at 1655 and waiting and nothing. Got ahold of DX Person, only to be told we cant call him back as we close at 1700. Dont trust your purchase with these idiots. Avoid at all cost...
Never turned up, kept a eye on delivery map was only 2 mins away then driver just disappeared. No communication a waste of 3 hours! I've officially complained to the company that uses them. Time to fight back on these companies. I could of walked to the driver if I known he decided to go home before finishing his shift!
