DoorDash review: Delivery. Driver didn’t bring all the items.

Driver forgot the sodas and desert from little ceasar’s. I texted him and he said “call door dash for a refund. Why isn’t the policy he just go get the food he forgot and bring it to me. Instead of me going thru all this. 2nd really bad experience with door dash. I called and got transferred to 2 different depts. needless to say I wasn’t able to enjoy dinner with my family because stuff was missing. The restaurant is a mile away. Seems the driver should have just went back and got the items he forgot. WTF! Then the driver text me back and said he’s on the way, bringing the stuff he forgot. He still never showed up. I have the receipts and texted screen shots also.

At this point. (we get food delivered daily) I will always choose another delivery company first. Oh yah, the receipt says driver picked up food at 3:33 pm, we didn’t get it until 4:10. Food wasn’t even warm.
