DoorDash Terminate this individual

I recently stumbled upon one of your Doordashers who livestreams and publicizes that she works for you. I have some major concerns regarding her behavior as one of your long time customers.

Her name is Lauren Lahrman, and she works for you in Los Angeles. I will be including some links to her bizarre, and abusive behavior and ask if she is an accurate representation of your company. If she is, I will ask that you immediately cancel and close my account.

Warning, her behavior and words are not safe for children:

Hi there,

I do not live in California. I live in Florida. I do not currently, nor have I ever, worked at Doordash.

This person is very vindictive and I feel bad for them.

I apologize for my hate speech during my mental breakdown during my Ip2 days. Please watch my apology video for my full repentance for what I did.

DoorDash Non delivered product

Good Afternoon,

The information below is not correct. If you look into the order you will see not only was the address correct, but I asked that the order be left with me. I immediately contacted DoorDash to inform them my order has not been received. I need proof of delivery as I have asked for several times. So far that request has gone unanswered. Please refund my $118.57 Chick-fil-A (04083) for an order I never received.

DoorDash Dashing

No way to contact door dash while driving...I get these messages telling me i am not going in the correct direction...even tho I am following the map. No way to respond...this has been happening all the past two weeks, today I get to location for pick up and the order is cancelled. Completely wasting my time getting to location, again, similar messages saying i am not driving to location.

The biggest problem is that there is no way for me to respond to these messages, because it appears to be an app issue on your end, because I am going in the direction of what map says.

Then I can't contact anyone after either, and eventually found this place to make my complaint.

Today I am going to download uber eats, hopefully they dont have the same issues with being able to contact dasher for problems.

DoorDash Customer service is trash.

Had a safety issue with my order on top of it being stone cold . Got a hold of customer service though chat and the guy was rude . He didn't want to answer my question when I asked him why and then just closed the chat . Got the same attitude when I called the female agent sounded like she didn't want to be bothered with this and just transferred me to a "higher up" only to have him tell me he can't do anything but send in a report . Meanwhile his dog was practically barking in my ear the whole time.

DoorDash Delivery order from firehouse subs athens, georgia

My food was cold, soggy and the bacon was missing on my order today august 14th,2022 between 7pm-8pm

my food was cold due to being prepared as soon as the order was placed but it was not picked up unitl almost a hour later, this location is literally less than a mile up the road from delivery address. The order was not prepared properly but door dash charged for bacon that was not on the sandwich.

Desired outcome: APPROPRIATE REFUNDS WITHOUT ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES TO EAT UP THE CREDITS ISSUED TO ACCOUNTS WITH SUCH HUGE MISTAKES

DoorDash Driver Jose G. Milpitas and Sunnyvale, Ca.

Jose G. is LAZY, does not try, and does not read Driver Instructions! He DESTROYED my afternoon by giving my order to a house not even near me, and his picture of the delivery was SO SMALL, there weren't even any CLUES as to where I might be able to go find it!

I'm a Driver; so I made my instructions VERY CLEAR. "Please put INSIDE SCREEN ROOM to the left of the house." My address was correct, I double checked when I had to follow up with Pet Smart because he never came.

Jose DID NOT READ the instructions. I know because his pic' shows he put bags OUTSIDE on someone's STEPS (as opposed to "INSIDE SCREEN ROOM"). He didn't even deliver in the right mobile home park (I drove through all streets looking to match his pic).

He also left the order, besides at the wrong house, HALF WAY DOWN THE STEPS WHERE PEOPLE WILL TRIP OVER IT not seeing it.

Please get rid of his lazy, incompetent &)&)*&)*(&)*&()*&*()*(!

Desired outcome: Please fire this LAZY, INCOMPETENT Driver with ZERO WORK ETHIC!!!The first pic is my screen room (it even has a sign REMINDING ..); the 2nd pic is of the house where he put my order, God knows where!THEY DON'T LOOK ANYTHING ALIKE..

DoorDash Canceled orders and no refund 2 days in a row

7/31 I placed an order for Bandana's and they accepted the order and the dasher was waiting. Dasher calls me to tell me the restaurant is out of EVERYTHING and wanted to know what I'd like to do. Excuse me? Cancel the order or how about never accepting it is there's no food. I contact DD and am told they'll provide my refund in 5-7days. That's not doing me a favor bcuz I'll be getting my refund as a given bcuz there was no exchange of goods. Day 2 8/1 order from KFC. Order accepted, dasher arrives, order is canceled again. This time, the store is closed. Who accepted the order, who updated that the order was being prepared? Contact DD again and they could care less. Paying customers are penalized and act as if they are doing me a service by telling me they are refunding me. Again, stating the obvious being there was no food given. It's apparent that I'm getting a refund. What systems are in place to prevent this? Then I have to wait 5-7 days for my refunds on 2 orders for incompetence. The DD team were not helpful and give blank, rehearsed answers, and no resolution. Canceling my DashPass and closing acct. #DoBetterDD

Desired outcome: Penalize restaurants that do this and comp for inconvenience. No comp ever offered and I have to wait 7days to get my money back.

DoorDash Refund not received

Yesterday 7/31/2022, I cancelled my order within less than a minute of placing the order. the total was $30.18. I only received a $10.99 credit back. I contacted cs chat immediately after (twice) both times escalating to a supervisor asking for my full refund to my original payment method. First time I spend over a hour on hold and no supervisor showed (almost 2 hours total) I connected to the chat again and the same thing happened, another wasted almost two hours and I have only a $10.99 credit out of $30.18 spent. I have screen shots of each chat and the duration I waited . I want my full refund back to my card and not a credit. I will be pursuing this

DoorDash Door dash driver hit my daughters car. Company will not give me a name or department to which I can have the repairs taken care of.

On July 12 2022 my pregnant daughter was in Tallahassee Fl and and a Door dash driver smashed into the passenger side of her car. Police came and put the drivers insurance information on the report. Their insurance co said because the person was driving for door dash they(door dash) were responsible. I have made numerous phone calls and emails with no satisfaction. No number for anyone to help me. Computer generated emails. I feel that this company could care less about resolving this problem. If this was a good company someone would be trying to resolve this or at least care enough for someone to call me. Beware of Door dash drivers.

DoorDash Compensation or at least correct the problems.

They said my order was delivered to me at my apt. on July 17, 2022. Their photo shows the pkg. at the gate. (fence surrounds the property several yards outside the building) They have instructions to deliver to my apt. door, to me as I have to sign for it. This keeps happening, many, many times and if they do come to the building, most do not speak or understand English. I have to ask Covid questions before I can push a button to let them into the building.

I have had to call customer service several times each week to complain. Please help me. Thank you.

DoorDash Walmart order to wrong address repeatedly

I’ve had several Walmart orders delivered to the wrong address repeatedly. The driver doesn’t call or try to connect with me and I’ve had to go out and get the groceries myself which is hard since I’m disabled. I’ve called several times and made several complaints. It’s costly when I have to call customer service to get refunds

Desired outcome: Train your drivers to read directions on the Walmart app or CALL ME

DoorDash Thieves

My son had placed an order for Dollar General down the road from us. Everything went through just fine and then on the tracking screen it showed the order was coming from a store farther away. Before even submitting the order both of us double checked the stores address. He immediately called to have it changed to the original store. Instead the order got cancelled and money was never returned as promised. Fast forward to the next day, I call for him to ask why they took the money on an order that was cancelled and never corrected. I am informed that there will be no refund because it wasn't their fault. I explained how you can't just keep money for a service and then refuse to complete the service, plus paying for goods that are never received. They ended up deactivating my son's account and even insulted him by calling him stupid for expecting his money back. These people are unprofessional and nothing but scammers. They have no integrity and no concern for the customers who are the reason they make money in the first place.

Desired outcome: Refund my son's money and issue a formal apology for the horrific treatment.

DoorDash Food delivery that never arrived

We ordered food, a simple pepperoni pizza from Dominos, (just call the them direct). Got confirmation from Door Dash, got the time it would be delivered 8:33pm. Received confirmation, my card was charged...840pm then "your order is on the way " ...but we waited, & waited & waited, then nothing, nothing & nothing... when we called Dominos, they had absolutely no record of the order ! Now an hour later we have no pizza, we are hangry & tired and pissed off. No real customer service. all you get is a stupid 'bot' refunding your money and a cold hearted "sorry" but now your even more hungry, have to go get food & wait again.. Save your frustration and dont use Door Dash call the restaurant directly instead of these third party app delivery (non) service companies... never again... Just dont use Door Dash ! they suck!

Desired outcome: a online "bot" refunded the charged card, but we are still hungry

DoorDash a driver

7-6-2022 @ 4:30. I got a call from Jose saying he couldnt find my house, and that he was at the school. My husband stood outside and watched him drive passed my house 3xs and I was on the phone with him! Then to scream at my husband 'HEY! HERE'S YOUR PIZZA!. and wouldnt even pull in my driveway to hand him(my husband ) his pizza!

DoorDash Complaint

I ordered through DoorDash and was charged twice for the one order. I got online with support the night it happened, and they would transfer me to other people, that would leave me on hold and never respond. For over an hour. I eventually went to bed, and tried support again the next morning, and the same thing has happened, they refuse to answer me. Meaning I have paid $56 for an order of 8 nuggets fries and a drink from chic-fil-a

DoorDash Doordash driver, Cheyenne in Corydon Indiana

You have a little dasher in Corydon Indiana and her name is Cheyenne. She picked up from Wendy's in Corydon. She delivered to my daughter yesterday at the end of my driveway which is very long. I have little kids and a ton of dogs. This girl has to be the most disrespectful and unsafe person Ive ever seen come here. She flew in my driveway and proceeded doing about 40 MPH on my private driveway! When she exited my daughters house I was outside and I yelled up at her, hey! When she ignored me I moved to the middle of my driveway to respectfully ask her to slow her little self down before she kills someone or hurts herself. She blatantly zoomed around me standing in the middle of my driveway and floored it. She peeled out at the end of my driveway as well. For her sake she had never come back here to this property again...I have never! Where do you people get these careless and reckless little brats?

DoorDash Delivery from ihop through doordash

I ordered with door dash to ihop and I never got my meal. Ihop was snarky with me claiming I was talking to the person that filed the order and gave it to the driver.. Yes I understand it is not directly ihop's fault. But they made no effort to find out why a delivery person didn't appear on my home camera and why they couldn't find out about that the driver is suppose to have of delivery.. So I could find out whether or not it just went to a neighbor.. Door dash does not make contact with the driver to see for the same questions and the driver herself refused to answer the same questions. I have a very distinct door for my house... When I gave feedback to door dash it was not posted because it was a negative review..

Three days later the meal was found on a neighbors door.. The house has been empty for over a month... I know this will get me no where but at least I feel a little better because there is a slight chance door dash will see this.

Desired outcome: I just want it known that this happened and that Door Dash needs to accept them negative as well as positive. Not posting it is telling me I don't have a voice whatsoever.

DoorDash Delivery drivers not insured!

I filed a complaint about one of your driver's backing into my grandson's car. After it happened the driver disconnected his phone... Even states it on the police report that was forwarded to your supposedly rapid response team! My insurance has to pay because apparently your company can't seem to locate said driver... Although I can't help but wonder why since i'm sure he gets paid!
