Company sold me a 2026 model year swim spa with specific features. Company delivered a 2025 model year spa. Once it was brought up the company refused to swap out the unit for the correct one. Hot Tub and Swim Spa Sale A relaxing addition to our home

After a lot of research, we decided to go with the Serenity 5900 from Hot Tub and Swim Spa Sale. It's been a fantastic choice for our family. The installation process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. We've been using the hot tub for a few weeks now, and it's become our favorite spot to unwind after a long day. The jets are powerful, providing a soothing massage, and the water temperature is always perfect. It's a quality product that has added relaxation and joy to our daily routine.
