I applied for a connection with a Globe Fiber Prepaid Plan 1499? which was at a promo price of 699 ?. I completed my application at the Globe Office in SM, Lipa on 2026 May 12, 3:18PM at the promo price of 699 ?. I was processed by the lady at the costumer service counter. I was assigned a reference no. of GFP-202605126D1AQT with a schedule of installation at 2026 May 13 in the afternoon. I received a Confirmation of Order and acknowledgement receipt in my email account [protected]@gmail.com which indicated the schedule of installation at my address at 1 Lobo Apartmnt, 148 Ilang Ilang, Purok 3, Talisay, Lipa on 2026 May 13, 2PM.
I attempted to course my concern via Globe One as advised by Globe. However my phone number was asked which I provided but was unable to provide the pin number as asked because, no pin no. was provided by globe to me. I have tried many channels like Globe Telecom Facebook and other sites. However, I was pointed to different courses but not one of them lead me the right site providing customer service that could help me with my concern.
Until today 2026 May 17, 12:55PM, Globe has not yet installed the product which I have applied and paid for last 2026 May 12.
