I am located in Rockingham, NC 28379. I am a customer of the AT&T Office in Rockingham, NC 28379. It is impossible to reach a person on the telephone. I called your Corp. Ofc today and verified the number and no answer. Told to leave a message and my number. It is always the case trying to get help or customer service info at the office via telephone. Also, i was unable to get my question answered at all other numbers such as 611. I was needing to speak to a human being and find out if my plan allowed calling to Germany. I was never able to get a person on the phone, only options I didn't need. The Customer Service is terrible. I will searching for new services following todays episodes.

Difficult to get question resoled over the telephone. The option to speak with a service rep is useless because it only give certain options and many don't apply to my need of assistance. Too automated!
ATT charged a termination fee because they claimed I signed a contract in 2014. The contract ended, I didn't renew it. I buy my own phones cash, I never extended the contract. On top of that, when I spoke to a representative on the phone, he said I had no outstanding charges. I received an email confirming that I had no outstanding charges. 3 hours later I received another email stating I owed 209.00. I called again. I paid it to get them to leave me alone. I will stay away from the conglomerate for the rest of my life, I learned my lesson. I abhored having to call them. I never received a person I could understand, I spent the entire phone conversation saying, "sorry, I didn't catch that, could you repeat it, or I don't understand you, could you say it again." It seems they out source a great number of employees from foreign countries. I don't think their right hand is away of what their left hand it doing. I believe they are a cold cash greed operation.
