Late last December I ordered a plant from
info@planttradingingpost.com. They shipped my plant in January by USPS. When the plant arrived the root ball was frozen solid and the plant was dead. I contacted the company and explained what the issue was and asked for a replacement plant be shipped in March. It never came and in spite of numerous contacts I have not gotten a replacement plant. They, Chris Tien LLC, offer various reasons like that they can’t find my order, etc. and have not responded.
