My wife ordered just a couple of things from this co. and then someone in that co started to order things causing my bank to charge me insufficient funds charges. to the amount of 300 plus dollars.
there is no way to contact this company by phone to find out what is going on. I am going to contact everyone i can to stop this co. from doing business in the united states. they may not know that crossing state lines with fraud like this is a federal crime and the F.B.I WILL GET INVOLVED.

Fake jewelry
Be careful buying jewelry from Wish. They claim that they are selling real silver and gold, but those are lies. It is just a light cheap layer of silver/gold over copper. They have these beautiful pictures on their site, but all the pictures are just stolen from other websites. Do not fall for their cheap priced. Jewelry made of real silver/gold cannot be that cheap, so it is obviously a scam. They make you think your getting a good deal but your being lied to even in the description of the item. They should not be allowed to run a business.
I bought several items from Wish.
1.) Cameras ... they were supposed to be high end digital cameras, they were garbage. I tried to return one that never worked, I was unable to obtain a refund.
2.) A memory stick that was advertised as One TERABYTE ... It was only one Gigabyte.
3.) A toy was advertised as a talking toy ... like a Furbee. It never worked.
You should get the idea ... NOTHING from the "Wish" company was any good!
I believe to. That if they are bullcrapping people into thinking that there getting astrinomical deals and are phony in first place. Then i believe they should not be a bussiness whatsoever. 2 of the vendors on wish are hackers. at least there are two that i know of. while trying to get an order straightened out with professional jewelers and layla store, a malware virus was launched at my computer. this virus was aimed at my personal and banking information. luckily for me that i just installed an anti malware program that searches for that stuff even when i'm not on line. bad part is that now the program won't let me have access to wish to get my refund. upside, they didn't get access to my bank account. down side, now i'm out the cost of the order. or depending on how you look at it...the upside is they only got the cost of the order and not my savings.
you're a little late with the advise brother. i'm out $5,693 and all wish is doing is asking for the same information over and over for the past 4 months but has done nothing with it but loose it 11 times. and it's never the same person answering my emails. at least they don't use the same name twice.and this 2-3 day delay on emails is a crock of [censored]. they're only 13 hours behind me, it should only be a 24 hour turn around and once a rep picks up your case, it should be the same rep from start to finish. it's just their way of saying screw you, we're not going to do [censored].

Hi, I got the exact same rings, after about 2 weeks the silver rubbed off, I can't wear costume jewelry I get itchy so can only wear moody silver for a couple of hours,knew they wouldn't be real the price is a good clue! lol but it shouldn't be allowed to say it's real silver when they know it's not
Hello. I am a precious metal jeweler, and I might be able to de-mystify your struggles with sterling silver.
Sterling silver is 92.5% fine silver and 7.5% other metals, alloyed together.
While silver is hypoallergenic, those other metals may not be. The cheaper the sterling silver, the more likely it is alloyed with nickel (NOT hypoallergenic). The more expensive the sterling silver, the more likely it is alloyed with platinum family members like palladium (very hypoallergenic).
Sterling silver sourced from China is all too often cheap because it is alloyed with nickel. By law in China, once an item is approved as being sterling silver, the companies are free to substitute for the alloy metal. So, as a seller, I might receive a prototype made with the more expensive palladium, but by Chinese law after I approve the prototype that company can make more money by "legally" substituting cheap nickel for the expensive palladium without informing the seller.
A quick way to figure out if a piece contains metal has to do with its level of shine. Nickel adds a high chrome-like shine that looks "hard," while platinum family alloys create a softer, more mellow shine. This test is easier if you are comparing two pieces side by side. This isn't a perfect method, but it can help you weed out an awful lot of the nickel containing sterling silver.

I, have ordered silver dollar rings and Buffalo nickel rings only to get a copper cast ring with a thin layer of silver only to wear off in a few days showing the copper through. Some of the silver dollar rings have missed spelled words such as dolar for the word dollar on the ring. Here is a picture of a dollar ring I ordered from wish as you can see the copper and also, the word dollar is upside down

I really like the quality I have purchased over 25 rings in the last year from Wish not including the sets, and I have been disappointed a few times, but for the most part, I have been very happy with the product.
I will offer you this much, . With Cubic Zirconias, which is more than likely you will get for the most part, the clarity and brilliance is always nicer than any diamond unless you are willing to spend thousands, and then you still probably will not get the clarity you would from a CZ.
Always remember this stuff isn't real, or really expensive, or as sturdy as real jewelry so just make sure not to get it wet, take it off before you shower, do dishes, clean or add any kind of lotions etc...
Its best to wear it out to where your going then take it off when you return.
Clean with slightly damp or dry soft cloth. It will last a long time with proper care?
Oh, keep items wrapped up in something light cheesecloth, plastic, or even a tissue or paper towel, anything to cover it.
It keeps it from tarnishing or turning on you.
I have had success in these tips.

I have bought a lot of things from them like over 2000.00 worth in the past year, number one, not everything was what I was promised, so all you do is write them and they AUTOMATICALLY REFUND your money. Number two, like they say, you do get what you pay for, not always, which is great considering most everything from there is dirt cheap, but that is what it boils down to.
what are you going to do ? send them a nasty email? they ripped me for $5,600 and for 4 months all i get is a runaround. our laws don't work on them. i've tried. the best way to not get ripped off by these animals is to not deal with them, in the first place.

wish is unreliable
I ordered some items from Wish and received a confirmation email as well as my tracking number. They said that shipping would take about 14 business days, but it is now actually a month and I received nothing yet. Then I contacted Wish customer service and asked where my order was and their rep said that I have to wait few more weeks! Absolutely ridiculous! No words can describe how angry and disappointed I am! I finally just cancelled my order because I was so sick of dealing with them. I hope I'll ever get a refund. Wish is the worst company ever!

I bought several items from Wish. But everything I received was horrible and obviously fake. So I contacted Wish customer care and they offered me a refund. But I had to pay for the return shipping to get a refund. It was very difficult to speak with them since their English is very poor and they could not understand a thing. Before making an order I checked the reviews and Wish seemed like a reputable company. But now I think that majority of positive reviews are fake and probably written by their employees. I'll never order anything else from them! I did receive a refund, but I'm so disappointed that I've wasted my time trying to get my money back.

I accidentally found this website. Wish website looked very professional and trustworthy, so decided to give it a try and bought few products. That was back in December when I made an order. It is now February and received nothing yet. I ordered a ring and a necklace. When I made an order I had no idea how terrible Wish is. I could not even think about they might be thieves. I contacted their customer service many times and asked for a refund, but was told that my order would be reshipped. They also promised me a discount for my next purchase as an apology. But since I received nothing I will never use their provided discount. I'll never order anything from Wish again. I gave this company a chance, but that was a mistake and I regret it. I feel that this website is just one huge scam.

I bought the android tablet in Mid December 2015, shipping was listed as upto 29 days. Had to complain it didn't arrive on the last shipping date, Wish said leave it 4 more days. it came on the 4th day. It all worked except the headphone socket so I asked for a replacement tablet. Answer I got back was "Vendor is bankrupt, have $15 compensation which I couldnt claim without spending more. I wrote them again, they said send it back at my expense, 14 days after they receive it I get a refund and allow 14 days for that to go through. To recap, they would have my payment for the best part of 2 months before I get a refund at twice the original shipping cost to myself. Wish guarentee ain't worth Sh_t, just wish your life away, should call that site "Hope", hope you get something that works if you get it, I also didn't receive another item I ordered 2 days before the tablet

I spent $65. The item I wanted to return was $50. They won't supply a return address and refuse to issue me a return label. Do NOT give them any credit card information. They keep telling me to go to my order history and select the return button. There is no return button. Only options to send them another email. It loops you back onto it. The item came from China, which was NOT on the web site. I would have never ordered an electronic from China. They don't pay for return shipping and so far have blocked me from printing the return label, which has to be in Chinese. I have been at this for about a week. They are not a reputable company and I will advertise every day against them. I hope they enjoyed the $50 scam item. I would never order from this company again.

I checked the tracking information of my item and it said it was delivered. Since I received nothing I contacted Wish customer service and explained what happened. They promised to help, but later I noticed that my tracking number was removed from the site. I tried to contact them again but it was just a waste of time since they ignored all my messages and calls. So I contacted PayPal and asked them for help. Since then I have been sending emails through PayPal only. Wish said that my items were delivered by the company which doesn't use tracking numbers and that is why my tracking number was removed. If what they said was true, they would not give me a tracking number in the first place. What delivery company in the US doesn't use tracking numbers? They say I am still going to get my items. We'll see.

I bought some clothes on Wish website. I received them two weeks later, but was very disappointed with the quality. Clothes looked cheap, material was very poor and thin. Sizes also were wrong and nothing looked like pictures posted on their website. So I decided to return everything, and now I'm having huge problems getting my money back. I tried to contact them many times and they always give me the same answer. Every time I call they say „you'll get your money back within 7 days”. Three weeks passed and still no money. I even sent everything back to them. This company is a huge scam! Don't order anything from Wish.

I ordered a watch and two shirts from Wish website. I received only shirts and the watch never arrived. It took almost two months for them to arrive. Items I received were cheap looking and the quality was very poor. One shirt just tore up on me on the first day! That was a complete waste of money and time. There are many others companies out there with better quality products for the same price. Also they charged my credit card for some unknown stuff I've never ordered. I went online and wanted to check my order history to identify what the extra charges were, but there was absolutely no information about some additional orders. I called Wish customer service may times and all I got was voice mail to call back later. I also sent them tons of emails but there was no response either. Better stay away and don't waste your money! You'll get only stress.
false advertising fraud
Wish advertises high dollar items at very low prices for example Segways for under $100. I've ordered one three times. Each Time I received a message that it was shipped to the wrong address and my money was refunded after a long wait. I've seen many other posts from people who had the same thing happen...
If 100O people send them $100 that's $100, 000 the can use/ invest for a month or longer. Then they list these items again and use that money to make the refunds. It's a vicious circle to scam us out of our money.
If you complain to much they lock your account. There is no way to contact them by phone

I ordered two dji phantom 3 professional drones. What they do is give you someone else's tracking# that buys them a good month or two to invest that $. The whole thing is a scam. Everything is a knock off. Your lucky if it works and half of the stuff never Makes it to your door step. I'm still waiting for my refund that will never happen. We should be able to do something about then scamming Americans and using our $ like we are giving it to them to invest or something. Is there anything we can do about this?

My sister and I started using Wish at almost exactly the same time. Several weeks ago my sister received a call from her bank asking about some suspicious transactions for some gaming website. My sister actually hates games, so she would never spend even a cent at some gaming site. So she has to get a new credit card. Two weeks later I received a call from my bank. I was told that someone is trying to use my card on a gaming site. Well, actually Wish.com is the only app we both were using. We actually forgot about Wish, because we were not satisfied with the quality of the clothing and shipping was extremely slow. And now I have to wait for a new credit card, which makes me wish I'd never found WISH.

This company is harvesting card numbers, not supplying orders, and when supplying any of the products, they are well below standard/dangerous... their address if real is... Everything I have purchased from Wish has been extremely small. I was not sure about the sizes, so I ordered a triple X sized clothing, still too tiny. The material was very thin, the quality was very poor. Yes, the items they sell are very cheap, but what's the point ordering if you can't wear them? On their website everything looks cute, but in reality nothing is wearable. Most items come looking like a potato sack with arm holes. These people sell garage, so don't waste your money on it! If you like to buy and then throw away your clothing, than this is the site for you.

I tried to place an order with wish.com on the 05/01/16 but there site was playing up at checkout .I pressed checkout but said not gone through so I tried again but still didn't accept order so I asked my son to have a look when he came so he proceeded to checkout again did go through so he tried again and we had the same situation so we left it the next day I went on my account on line and 4 payments had been taken for different amounts I then checked the wish.com site and no orders were processed and still are not I have emailed them and the third company who they sell for they ask me for details so I sent them both the merchants details and a copy of the transactions I did everything they ask for I have emailed them everyday but no reply from either company the merchants code for all the same 2314151d583ef33x amounts £56.00 ortherisation code 094700 £46.00. really cheap looking items
Don’t order from Wish! All the clothes are made in China, quality is absolutely rediculous! You will be very disappointed, because clothes are extremely cheap looking and poorly made. Several months back I ordered 2 shirts which were really small. I ordered s sized clothes, but shirts were really tiny! Also the material was horrible and very thin. They have really nice pictures of good looking clothes on the site, but what I received was horrible garbage. I think the positive reviews on the website are false, that can't be possible!

In October 2015 I ordered an anchor bracelet..a month later I hadnt received it. So I emailed them and they said that it was in the states and will be here shortly. Week and half went by still no bracelet..I emailed them again and they said "hello friend, rest assure that your item will be there. There was a problem and its on the way" Today December 30th 2015 still no bracelet..I emailed them. I also ordered in early November some foam bath letters as a Christmas gift...never got them. Dont need them now, Christmas is over. So I emailed them today about those too and requested a refund ONLY on the letters! Well tonight I received an email that a refund on the BRACELET will be refunded within 14 days. I never asked for a refund on the bracelet...only on the foam letters. Now, I get on wish and they deleted all my orders. I cant email them etc. So they are refunded me for the item I want which is $10.00 cheaper than the foam letters I wanted refunded. What a scam! How do we get all our money back? I have proof from my bank that the money was taken out.
