Weed Man review: Destroyed my yard

Have used Weedman of Myrtle beach Sc for about 10 Years. It's only been the last 3 years the service has sunk to a new Low. My yard has been dying and it's always a new excuse, but they have an option to charge you more money. I have paid $300 for 2 applications of fungus control twice. I paid for aeration yearly and additional costs for lime control. Never the same technician. This last one drove by my house then walked into the yard looking at how bad it was. He did not contact me until I went out and confronted him. Started with same excuses but could not say why my neighbor's yard looks great but mine is dying. Also, my neighbor uses a different yard service. When i told the technician how dissatisfied I was and was considering cancelling He became Rude, Unprofessional and Stated "I guess you have made up you mind" then Left. Been reading online and this seems to be the norm for Weedman in the last 3-5 Years. Beware this has become a Nickle and dime operation with no positive results.
