I canceled my membership, paid an insane amount of money to cancel and now the gym keeps on contacting me to pay an extra month payment when I actually canceled way in advanced and paid more than R7000 for two accounts to be canceled. I called the call line, while I was busy talking the lady ended the call. The lady who helped us when we canceled told us we don't have any more financial responsibility towards virgin active and can gym until March 16 we did not go to the gym during that time. Please assist.
Desired outcome: Stop contacting me about money I don't owe. Answer emails and to not put the phone down when assisting a client.
