I posted the following review on their site. Apparently, it didn't meet their guidelines. So, if you post a negative review of a tour, they can censor it. Why then would anyone have any confidence in the tour reviews posted on their site? Here's my review in its entirety which they quashed.
Tay Ninh – Cao Dai & Ba Den Mountain + Optional Cu Chi Tunnels

Great Tour but pay for the tram before you go
The tour itself is special. The views, activities and locations were stunning. Unfortunately, the tour guide was nothing short of a disaster. My saga started with the cable car ticket which I knew was extra. I paid the guide for two tickets. He had everyone pass their fee from the back of the bus to the front. Bad idea. Anyway, after he counted his cash, he came up 500K VND short. He decided to accuse me of only paying him for one ticket. We argued for a few minutes and he continued to insist I only paid for one ticket. I was the only person who handed the cash directly to him since I was next to him. Nevertheless, he was relentless and even threatened to call the police. I told him to go ahead. Meanwhile, the bus is loaded with people watching this spectacle. My son is dying of embarrassment and there is no end in site except to review the camera footage. This is what he did and sure enough, it was clear from the footage that I handed him two 500K VND bills and he gave me change of 100K VND. Finally, we continued the tour after he told the passengers that he had made a mistake. No public apology for putting us through that painful encounter, just an acknowledgment that he made a mistake. In spite of this, I handed him 400K VND as a "tip". As a side note, which I was not aware of and apparently nobody else was either, you can purchase the tram tickets online. This was mentioned after the fact and after the money exchange debacle. In summary, the tour itself is amazing, but be wary of how you pay for the tram tickets.
Recommendation: By skeptical of reviews on their booking site
