Les Schwab Tire Center

I have a set of 4 Toyo Observe Snow tires and rims all purchased from Les Schwab by a friend. Two of the tires fell apart and the Les Schwab employee told me they were defective. But they would not back them and give me any credit because I did not purchase them at their store. So they do not back their products and they sell faulty tires. Beware. Les Schwab Lake Stevens is not what Les Schwab used to be. Shame on them for not backing their product.
