I have frequented DQ franchises in Kansas Colorado Oklahoma for over 40 yrs. With no complaint or issues.

I have been in Cleveland, TX for 4 Years now and have not gone into this location, when we have had good service or DQ quality Ice cream for one reason or another. The service is very slow we cannot order ice cream half the time the machine is down for one reason or another. It is a business we would like to frequent weekly for ice cream but have to go down the street because of the problems. Hot Eats are also lacking a good portion of the time. I would just like DQ to know, I feel this location is far from your companies' great standards.
