Whoever the girl is that is working today 1/3/2023 at the Independence location is the rudest hospitality person I've ever dealt with. She might need to reconsider what line of work is for her. A simple question could not be answered with courtesy or common sense. I'm not rude to anyone and I don't appreciate being talked to like an idiot for simply asking for check out time or if she could contact a room for me (for a wake up call). I certainly bothered her by asking her anything. (I called twice, between 8am and 11am). So gross.
