Dairy Queen

I went to the dairy queen in Morrisville NC. I bought a strawberry sundae with walnuts.
1. I asked for my sundae to be put in a cup.
2. They rung up the ticket as extra walnut. How is they extra and a sundae don't come with walnuts. Plus there was about 10 walnuts in the sundae. How is that extra
3, I them to put it in a cup, not the plastic container it comes in because I wanted to take it home. I only stay 5 minutes away. The put it in the plastic container away, then offered me a regular cup, Of course when I got home it was melted.

I was very disappointed in the service and my sundae.
