Yesterday I made my first attempt to discontinue service. I was on hold a total 1 hour and 30 minutes and finally was so furious I hung up. I at one point got to a real human being and asked to speak to a supervisor. That hold time alone was 30 mi unrest until I gave up. Today I tried again starting at 8:00am. So far I've been on hold for about an hour. Does this make any sense?!?! Canceling service is the one option not available on the website. You have to imagine this is done purposely to discourage the customer or make it virtually impossible to end service. This company needs to be fined or brought up on charges for how they are operating. I'm furious and will warn all my friends to never use them.
