Ulta Beauty

I went to ulta today, no one greeted me and as I wandered down the aisles looking for products no one offered to assist. When I decided to find someone the gal acted like I was bothering her, isn't that her job to answer questions of customers? Product I wanted was not in stores yet but did not offer to help me find anything else. The gal working the register was just as bad. I have been going to ulta for years and spend it of money. I have an ulta credit card. After today's experience I think I will close my account and go with sephora instead. Their team is very helpful and more professional. Shame on you ulta, take some time and invest on training your employees to show some class.
