On April 21, I purchased three Universal Studios Hollywood annual passes (California Neighbor Pass, $179 per person) for the following individuals:
* Yuanyuan Zhu
* Ma xiuhua
* Wang Ouluo
Initially, I attempted to pay using Apple Pay with 2528. However, after submitting the payment, no tickets were issued and the transaction remained in pending status.
Because the tickets were not issued, I made a second payment using my Chase Bank account ending in 4139. This payment was processed successfully, and I immediately received the three annual passes.
please refund to 2528, beacuse charge me 2 times
These annual passes are issued under specific names and are non-transferable. Since all tickets are registered to the following three individuals, it should be clear that this was a duplicate charge.
