Trivago review: No support

Hotel never received my booking and when I called there was no support. Trivago responded by email the next day "trivago is an accommodation metasearch, which means we do not handle the booking or payment processes"

However Trivago took my credit card details and booking on their website.

All I can conclude is this company recommends bad companies who take their customers money and Trivago doesn't seem to care about their customers.

A scam.
