Bought concert tickets 1-17-26 and paid for thru PayPal now they say release of tickets on day of event, then it says they can’t access my email, yet I receive weekly advertisements from them on only email acct! So I cannot get access to seller of tickets and I’m suppose to drive 4.5 hrs to event not knowing if I’m getting the tickets. So disappointing it’s this weekend!

Claimed loss: Cannot get access to paid tickets

Desired outcome: Get access to my tickets!!!
