The United States Social Security Administration review: ssi withheld months and then reduced

Ive been on ssi due to an injury and major surgery and limitations then when I received a foreign pension that I would get 8% more if wait weeks for a one year backpayment I agreed and received several thousands in one month however then ssi offices in New York State and Jamaica NY are trying to claim my year backpay belongs to them and I was overpaid for the past year before I even applied was aware or received any pension, Im now waiting for an administrative law Judge and they again start a new claim I owe it all or 90% or 30% to them, going in circles, I said to Jamaica NY office who also write letters asking me to send hundreds of dollars and threaten to ruin my credit I will ask Judge to order for the ssi offices to stop claiming my backpay pension was income from the previous year and the rude arrogant person said "That's not going to happen" Im appalled and will tell the Judge soon, if not for my pension I would be living on 0 income for several months and I am considered disabled by law yet did not receive the ssi and state supplement for 10 months, I believe there should be office supervisors and oversight checks on actions and reductions to disability income
