I am filing a fraud complaint against Temu UAE (WhaleCo) regarding Order PO-209-[protected]. On Jan 7, 2026, I received a completely EMPTY box instead of the 141.57 AED tablet I ordered. I filmed a continuous unboxing video as immediate proof. For a month, Temu systematically canceled my return requests (D01, D02, D03) without dispatching a courier. I personally scheduled the courier and returned the package on Feb 4. On Feb 6, Temu falsely denied my refund claiming a "warehouse failure." It has been 4 months and 8 tickets, but they are illegally withholding my 141.57 AED. I demand my full refund immediately.
