Take 5 Oil Change review: Cross threaded drain plug

ON 5/13/26 at 2:56pm I took my 2017 Jeep Patriot to the location : 6207 Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, Ar 72204 On 5/14 I noticed oil under the car, my vehicle has never leaked oil the entire time ive had it nor has it used oil. I took it back to the shop on 5/17/26 and the manager stated that the team member cross threaded the oil drain plug and I would have to file a claim to get it repaired. This is unacceptable. 1. How and why are u using an impact wrench to tighten a oil drain plug. Thats how you cross threaded it now im going to have to stress over the repair and loss of vehicle time because of your mistake. Very unhappy, will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Arkansas Attorney General Consumer Complaint division if this isn't resolved quickly. It wasn't messed up when I took it and I dont expect it to be messed up when I leave. Your responsibility!
