STACEES review: Do not order a dress from Stacees!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress based on the company’s measurement guide and selected the recommended size. The dress arrived after about two weeks, but unfortunately the color and material quality were very different from what was shown online. On top of that, the dress did not fit properly at all.

When I contacted customer service to request a return, the experience became extremely frustrating. I was repeatedly asked to provide additional photos — first of myself wearing the dress, then separate photos of the dress laid out with a tape measure showing the dimensions. After nearly two weeks of back-and-forth emails, the only resolution they offered was a discount on another dress and a suggestion that I try to resell the original dress online to recover some of my money.

Very disappointing experience overall, both in product quality and customer service.
