Skrill Skrill scam with me 300$

Skrill didn't refund my 300$ after giving them my bank statement with all details. Now they told me that they didn't offer any refund. My money in my account that service they give me but now it's their money. I have sent them my two bank statement of two different bank. But they told me there have confusion about authenticity of my documents.
Shame on skrill. They scam minimum 300 million usd in bangladesh for last two years. They hold my money for 5 months.
Skrill finished my life

I have created my skrill Account on 16 September 2020. after submitted my identity documents, live selfie and bank statement for verification. They accepted my documents and verified my account. After that I am starting to use that account. On 25 September 2020 they restricted my skrill Account with 300$ balance. After that I mailed them then they replied after 2 days that they closed my account for they found reasonable ground find for closing my account and also told me to for refund they need identity documents and holding selfie of my identity documents I have given those documents in the next reply. After that they replied me that they accepted my documents and for refund bank statement which included my full name, bank name, logo, swift code. Then I send them my bank statement. And after that they started their baseless reply to me that the documents doesn't meet their requirements for refund they need another bank statement. I have sent them again my bank statement they told me that same things that they sent me on previous email. After that I have sent them more 5/6 times with my another bank statement with all the information that they wanted but all the time they told me same things. Then I have told them refund my money to my friends skrill. But they didn't allow and asked my bank statement. I have given my bank statement
Again but they again reject my bank statement and refused to refund me. After that I told them to allow me to login to my skrill account so that I can manually add my bank account and withdraw my fund but they didn't allow. I have told them in the pandemic situation I have passing very tough situation with my children please sent my money to my bank account or give my money to my friends skrill but they didn't hear my voice. I have told them also that I have not my husband he passed away and I have passing very critical situation with my children and I am unable to bear their expanse anymore. But for the God shake they didn't hear my voice.
After that they replied 5 days ago that they applied administration fee on my balance 174$ and the remaining balance 125$ refund they need holding identity card selfie and bank statement. I have given them and they replied me today that they are not able to refund my money anymore.
Please help me my family will be ruined if I didn't get my money.
I have also sent you those documents that I gave them you can understand they done with me unfair.
After verified I have deposited my account and made several transaction then why they closed my account without given an allowable reason. That's okay they didn't allow me to use their service it's fine but why they keep my all money? If they didn't accept my documents then why they allow me to verified and deposit my account.
I have used more service and I couldn't find like skrill service.
Please help me sir.

Skrill Security

I sent them a bank statement in which my full name is written clearly and in bold and they keep rejecting it saying that it is not issued in my name that is regestered in skrill account. I called them and showed one of them where my name is stated clearly and in bold . He told me that the problem will be soon treated since he saw my name written correctly. After one day they sent me an email rejecting the document again. I wrote them an email and attached the document in it pointing to my name. After about an hour, they answered with an email saying that the case has been escalated and will take a few days. I am working and really need my skrill . They keep disabling my account for something that can be done in seconds. This is total irresponsibility

Skrill Amount not credited

Mine withdraw was done from skrill to mine account, actually last 2 digit account number was misplaced so it's went to another account, on feb 3 bank done reversal to skrill. But skrill was respond still it's not credited, I have uploded with proof with bank statement, later no respond from skrill I really lost my patience. I lost trust on skrill also, I am using skrill from 2018 this was the first time I am facing this issue, I don't know the reason behind that, I hope complaintsboard solve my problem thanks.

Skrill My account is fully verified but still they ask for more documents

My Skrill account is fully verified but still asking for more documents.
I was in another country working, specifically Malta, so I was signing from there but also my wife was signing from Macedonia.

I have provided all my statements from Revolut, downloaded my statement from my app send them my new passport but that wasnt enough.

Every time my documents were rejected so I lost my patience with them because this is going on almost for a year.

Dont understand if there people working do know their jobs?

Desired outcome: Want to be resolved as i need my Skrill account

Skrill Skrill account

I am trying to close my account and withdraw all my funds. Skrill have restricted my account saying my credit card is not verified.
I don't even have a credit card!
I sent them my bank statement with skrill transaction on it but they said they can't accept that!
Customer service very slow to respond and don't seem to want to help

Skrill Transfer of funds, by visa debit card. id, 151681625

On the 27th January 2021, my fiance's best friend made a transfer to the following account [protected]@gmail.com
Using my UK Visa debit card no, [protected].
Amount of 1025 sterling.
This was authorized by me, the reason being that my fiance was unconscious in hospital with Heart failure and money for treatment was required urgently.
I would not have the confidence to actually administer is as my computer skills are quite limited.
We have used this account on previous occasions.
The account holders account is locked/blocked because of the number of attempts in making the transfer.
I just want my money returned. Thank you.

Skrill Skrill

Hi there,
I have registered to skrill on the 20.01.2021 and after I have deposited my money in orderto use the service and transfer money to a family member, they have restricted and blocked my account a few hours after opening the account!
When I call them they said that I have tried to transfer money which is all the concept of the website. so they have blocked it and ask me to verify my account.I have doe the verification but my account is still blocked and restricted.I have asked to close the account and refund me the money but since then I have no reply from them even after calling and sending emails.

Skrill Crypto withdraw

Hi. I made 3 withdrawals via skrill to my crypto wallet. They are pending since 09/01/2021. I have contacted skrill support over the phone a couple of times, I have a open ticket... But the problem continues and there's no solution nowhere to be seen. They are so bad, they take more than 10 days to just cancel a withdrawal and put the money back into my account. Stupid company.

Skrill VIP Account temporary restricted

My account [protected]@outlook.com with Skrill has been temporary suspended for more than a week now . I have escalated the matter and what Skrill told me that it's a random regular check . It's a VIP account where I always kept good amount of money there . I'm professional forex trader and I have money in my Skrill account which I can't access because of this restriction !

Skrill Can't verify my google account with photo ID

Kia ora my name is Raewyn Etere Tawhi my residential address is 26Paramount Parade Tikipunga Whangarei New Zealand My d.o. b is 5/3/81 I opened my Skrill account at the end of last year sometime. The money that is in my Skrill account has come from Riverbelle casino of 3k. I would like to withdraw my funds from my Skrill account and have it deposit to my bank account which is Kiwibank I have no valid photo ID which is why I would like to get this over and done with and I give permission to Skrill to take out any fee funds due to this complaint and also my account is locked if yous require any further information please phone me [protected]

Skrill Delayed payment

I requested a withdrawal it has been over 7days no payment yet. Skrill is advertising that withdrawals to your visa takes between 2-5 days and after I withdraw after 7 days when I check my account I see that my withdrawal failed and now they holding my money longer so I don't get the payment. I choose them because their add suits me but now their ad is not true. Can you help so I can get my money please.

Skrill Sitting in skrill account for more then 6 months.

I would like to get my money out of my account and delete my account for good. I work long hours and I don't have time to get documents ready for them. I am getting really made with not getting enough help. I would like a second look at my account and see if we can't put it somewhere else. I am over skrill. I would like this resolved ASAP pls.

Skrill Account restricted

On the 7th of December 2020, Adcash paid $26.50 on my Skrill account, Skrill asked me to verify my Details (ID CARD AND ADDRESS) of which I uploaded, and the next thing is they have restricted (closed) my account. I tried contacting them via the contact form both online and on the app they kept telling me my documents were rejected. Wasted about $4 to subscribe just to call and tell them about my situation, even after verifying my account details on phone call they said they can't help me immediately that it I will have to wait for several days before they can attend my issue.

Skrill Negative balance

So I had 2.9k on my skrlll account, I transfered it all over to my revolut account without any issues, now, my skrill transaction history has 2 payments of this one transaction of 2.9k, thats all the money I had on skrill so I basically withdrew all of it, I didnt use skrill after that for a couple of days, then I got a payement of 1.5k on skrill but my balance after getting 1.5k was negative 1.4k meaning, they took my 2.9k for payment I did, then another 2.9k into negative which I didnt eeven know is possible, there are 2 transactions on their history for same payment, I talked to revolut and only 1 transaction was ever done as confirmed by both my revolut payments history and their support, its been now 4 days since I contacted skrill support but I havet gotten a single response, so now I cant use my 1.5k payment that I got at all as they put that amount to cover my negative balance? How is this even possible?

Skrill Haven't received returned funds

I made a withdrawal on the 08/10 which arrived on the 13/10 but due to a name error my bank returned these funds on the 13/10/2020. Tomorrow is a month and still my funds have not been credited back to my skrill account. Ive call numerous times ive sent the proof of payment from my bank through 5 times and I had my bank check the transaction as well which after 2 days investigating they confirmed the funds successfully went back, where I forwarded them the very email from my bank confirming this to them as well.

All I get in response is we will credit the funds when we receive them, its 30 days later and never ever in my years of doing international transactions have I waited so long ever, in-fact never waited longer than 8 days.

I want my money as I generally actually urgently need it. Skrills customer service has gone to the dogs. It was never like this and im hugely disappointed. Doubt very much I ever even want to make u of them again because of this.

I think they are going to declare bankruptcy.
I have been trying to withdraw money since 1 month.
They are closing every possible way for me to take the money out of skrill for stupid reasons.

Skrill Verification Issue

I openend my account a month ago with skrill and deposited $80.After a few transactions skrill allover suddenly restricted my account asking for adress verification documentation, i sent them my id, tax registration certificate, tax return form and my bank statement but guess what, they still were not satisfied and rejected my document on baseless claims.They keep asking for the same documents and rejecting them knowing you gonna give up on your account.Stay away!

Skrill Terrible service, no answers or updates! For no reason my account has been restricted for more than 7 months!

Hello,

My name is Yakov
My account has been restricted for more than 7 months, and no one explains the reason?! I have a VIP account for more than 3-4 years.
I did everything that was requested by email (changed email and password, sent my passport copy) but my account still has restrictions and no one can give me any update when they will remove the restrictions and why does it take so long.

I really don't like their service, since there is simply no service at all! They have never contacted me on their initiative, they have never been the first to write to me about the status of my account. In 7 months they have never provided me with an answer or update why restrictions were imposed on my account and when they will be removed. I called them many times, spent my money on international calls, and never received any answer about the reason for the restrictions.
Who can help me with this situation?

Skrill Unethical behavior, lack of support, no response

Hello,

I have an account with Skrill registered in the US. I have completed full verification and had no limits on my account as per their own e-mails to me when I asked them if I had any limits.
Suddenly, Skrill decides to block my account because one day I had a high outflow of money I sent out (approx. $8000), and they blocked it. Only information they provided me was that the matter has been escalated.
It's been over a month since they did this and they did not even provide any reason. I provided all documentation and explanation as to the nature of my transactions, however no response.
I tried calling their helplines and get an automated recording that's pretending to hear you and then can't hear you. It all seems extremely shady, and unprofessional.

Skrill Log in difficulties/scammed

On the 12th of October 2020 I deposited R1 200 on my Skrill account, hassle free.
Immediately after the deposit, there were too many hassles.The Skrill sever(@account.skrill.com)wanted an automated password reset that doesn't exist.I did that, but still I cannot log in & withdraw the money.
Their support page also has an automated response that keeps on saying the very same thing.
Please help me as soon as possible.

I had 100 Euros on my account. Then I forgot about it and now after two years I logged in again and my money was gone. They simply charged me 5 Euros every month for inactivity. So they charged me for NOT using their service. The internet is full of stories like that. Thats just a rogue company. My advice: Stay away from Skrill!
