After Shell transferred to the Imprint system, I have spent at least eight hours trying to contact them to cancel this card as the card was sent first and was asked to be activated immediately. After that, I received their contract, which was totally unacceptable. There appeared to be no way to contact them at all. Tried the Shell numbers, tried the Imprint numbers, tried the MasterCard number which informed me the card was issued from a bank in Russia with no contact information, finally contacted federal reserve department, who got me to First Bank and Trust who told me yes they were in charge of that and have been overwhelmed with complaints. What a lousy organization. They need to be out of business.

Recommendation: Do not use any Shell products.
