An email I received claims this case is closed. All calls I've made say otherwise and promise a resolution by May 16. I've been lied to for a month. This is wrong. Scortiabank is cheating me out of 0ver 1600 dollars. I want to appeal this decision and the lies behind it.
Scotiabank took twice the amount out of my account, a sum not even allowed by their own regulations and maximums.
I want my money. Or I will complain and appeal as high as I can go. The bank is a disgrace these days and I will note it everywhere.

Recommendation: There are serious customer service issues there, where lies and dismissals are the call of the day.
