I have been trying to contact royal mail to ask why my package is being held for so long
I’ve sent emails to 3 different addresses, but they have all come back with the message undelivered contact customer service. when I try this their system just sends you round in circles. I’ve rung several times over the past month and after a minimum wait time of 50 minutes I just get told its out of their control with no attempt to investigate the situation. I have brought from this company in the US many time with no problems
