They have been making changes when it comes to withdrawing your money, making it more difficult every time. We got fed up so we sold all the stocks to withdraw our money and they have restricted the account. Customer service is awful. They are foreigners and take for every to call you back. They don’t have a number to contact them. Don’t use them. You are better off with Fidelity Investments or JP Morgan. Robinhood is a disgrace.
Recommendation: Don’t use them if don’t want an awful experience getting your money back from them.

They seem to have only offshore people working customer service. They are worthless! I request domestic help to be ignored. They do try to impede large amounts of money being transferred. I have been a gold customer for many years. Move smaller amounts rapidly is what works best. It takes longer but much easier to avoid their alleged security crap. My banking institutions are all approved by them for years now and nothing new. Just an excuse to hold funds to make money.
