RHP Properties review: Stay as far away from these rhp parks as possible

I got a dinged about a bucket sitting outside my porch, so I sent the following reply! The notice is also at the bottom!

MY MESSAGE TO ASHLEY IN OUR PARK OFFICE:

Whatever, Ashley! That bucket was out there drying out! We should be able to use our yards to do things like that! Our yard, and yes, they are our yards while we make that over inflated lot rent! Our yards are the place we go to enjoy ourselves outside, since a lot of us can’t afford a vacation because we’re paying that over inflated rent! OPPS, I already said that!

Why don’t you concentrate on things that matter, like the fence that is in much need of paint or stain. You could also take care of that nasty green stuff growing on the office trailer. It’s sad to have to look at that when we go into that dirty mailroom! While you’re at it, fix that horrible spot in the blacktop that WE DID NOT CAUSE, no matter how many times you say my daughter’s bus did it! The water drainage in that area is horrible.

Speaking of her bus, you said it was too heavy to sit in the cud sac, that’s BS and you know it! You accused her of putting ruts in the yard along the fence line behind our home with it, and that was another reason for her not to bring the bus back in here! You know all too well, if she had made those freakin ruts that the light pole and the fence would have been taken out! You further know that the electric company was the one that put them there when you (finally) had them come and put the light bulb in! After living here for a few years, we were not expecting that to be fixed, much like all the other crap that needs fixing!

Another thought on parking the bus here, you have people in here that park their service vehicles in their drives or in the extra parking spaces, nights and weekends, yet you [censored]ed at my daughter for having her bus here a couple hours a day during the school year! You told me and I quote, “buses are not allowed in the park”! Question for ya: are those big yellow vehicles that come in and out of here during the school year not buses?

How bout telling the new folks in the first trailer, as you come in, to get their crap out of the yard! I’m sure you’re okay with that! This park discriminates against longtime renters that aren’t kissing your sorry behinds! You pick on the elderly, those that are struggling to make ends meet or those that you decide you don’t want here!

Your rent is way too high for someone like me who is on Social Security, I make just enough to pay the home and lot rent! If my daughter didn’t drive that bus, you hate so much, heck fire, we would die of hunger!

Let us not forget your little butt buddy in Autumn Leaf # 11. Her home needs to be washed, and she also needs to do something with that ugly crappy looking shed of hers that I have to look at, when I sit on my porch with all those toys and crap, that no one can see unless they come up and look!

Let’s see, is there anything else off the top of my head? Oh yes, I came by the other day to get a copy of my 2025 lease that I signed last year, and it wasn’t in the computer nor was there a hard copy to be found! Patricia, who is much nicer than you are, Ashley, tried to help, but it just wasn’t there! I know we signed a copy; it was the only thing that would stop you from tormenting us about it! I’m not the only one that it’s happened to, according to what I read on the Autumn Leaf Facebook page, several people have asked and can only get ones for 2022 and 2023.!

There is so much more I’d like to say, but you get the gist, I’m sure!

Instead of going around looking for people to target, look at the whole picture! STOP PICKING ON CERTAIN PEOPLE, this isn’t high school! If you think for one minute that the renters believe that corporate is dinging us with these notices, think again, Ashley, we’re sure we know where the source is!

I know you’re not going to appreciate this reply, but I, like most of the renters here are fed up with you! You are not a nice person and honestly, I don’t understand why they let someone like you run this place! But then, you’re just a body in a chair, without a heart, and that’s all corporate cares about!

Kindness is the key to a good life, honey, you missed that train by a freakin lifetime!
