Let start off by saying I have been a resident for 5+ years , I’ve always paid my rent , keep my lot beautiful , and kept up with my trailer ( which is paid in full)

When I first moved in they made me pay $2500 to keep my trailer there due to the people I bought it from was so far behind in rent and that caught them up , if I didn’t they said I couldn’t keep my trailer on the lot !

A lot of harassment and retaliation and went on since 2021 !

I have a neighbor lot 11 which is two lot infront of me that does nothing but stalk and harass my children and I. She take picture of my children and I just playing in the yard , she calls the cops on me for supposedly not being a good mom (which didn’t work out for her when the cops arrived) she constantly running to the office trying to get me evicted from the park off of false accusations!

Maintenance men “ trimmed” the tree in my front yard and damaged my house , gutter , siding , vent and I asked the office manager Ashley for compensation on the damages, which she denied even though I have videos and picture of the maintenance men doing it ! Ashley stated she wasn’t aware of the damages or if trees being trimmed .

Ashley also created a new rule at the beginning of may for mowing Mondays and lawn checks on Wednesday which has never been a thing before . I understand cutting your grass but not on a time limited , we have jobs , school and children to raise .

Ashley cannot provide any of our 2025 lease agreements ! Ashley also has made multiple violation consecutively !
I’ve had a swing set , a very small 2ft trampoline and a 2foot plastic basketball goal in my yard for over 4 years , and she started violating me with it! When myself have gotten grandfathered I’m before the corporation bought the trailer park and July 2025 they cancelled our grandfather lease ! Including what we had there before was allowed and supposed to be grandfathered in !

Ashley tried to evict me and make my lease non renewable because her bestie lives in lot 11 and they personally text and they tried to say my motor cycle was a mini bike , I had to jump thru hoops , call the sheriffs , call the housing authorities as well as call corporate multiple times to prove my motor cycle was a registered tag and title legal vehicle! As well as harassing blaming me for other children that isn’t mine and other adult who ride four wheeler , dirt bike , mopeds , motor vehicle and tryied to hold it against me . But her a lot 11 texted with images that she wouldn’t provide me because it was on her personal phone ! Ashley drives her golf cart thru my yard , as well as sits in front of my yards and try to violate me with everything she possibly can !

I got told I wasn’t allowed to have anything in my yard or on my porch even my porch furniture because it her lot and her rules !

Ashley just sent out another letter saying trash will be raised starting June 2026 when we have all been grandfathered in with our lot including trash .

The office sent out letters for underpinning little holes back in November and December while it was snowing out side for us to put white duct tape over it because they didn’t want weedeatting hole but they don’t fix the hole on the trailer they sell or give notices to all the residences only certain ones !

The office want our children from autumn leaf to walk to the playground that located in hickory acres in order to play but don’t provide any safety rules , allow kids to smoke cigarettes, marijuana , and drink over there , as well as have a lot of PDA with teenager over there! The basketball goal always has children on top of the backboard just sitting there hanging out and it’s like a 10ft high goal ! As well as children fighting , parents fighting , car driving thru the fields , adult and children fight and adult providing alcohol , cop was just called a few weeks ago for this incident!

Cars have been broken into , as well as mine 3 time , and multiple items and money was stolen from there and the office didn’t do nothing about it or reimbursed !

The office also raises lot rent every year with added prices and less accommodations!

There is no area for the bus stop for the children , there is no shelter for storms for the children , or for the residents of there are tornado warning or serve storms that we need to evacuate!

The office rides thru our yards with bulldozers , golf carts , lawn mowers , and then messes up the lawns and then tried to blame us residents and accuse us for messing up the lawn when it’s really them and then violated us to fix it when we didn’t even do it to our lawns they did!

Then tell us that if we do anything to our lawns, we are ruining their property, whether it’s planting a plant or doing anything with our children outside , as well as telling us we are not allowed to seed or do anything to the lawns .

Ashley has said it is her property and don’t ruin her lots !

And there so much more !

Claimed loss: 30,000

Desired outcome: 10,000 plus damages to house and emotional distress harassment stress and inappropriate picture token of my children As well as my security deposits of the people I bought the house from because it isn’t my responsibility
