I had to stay at the red roof in ocoee fl for a few weeks. I was paying a little over $500 per week so when I seen an advertisement for rooms at a much lower rate than I was currently paying I asked the manager and he said he didn't know what I was talking about and basically said I was lying. Red Roof Inn general manager

Good morning, I'm writing to inform the highly unkind treatment of discrimination from the General Manager at a local Red Roof Inn. The location is Durham, NC on North Pointe Dr. The manager Dawn I believe her name is refused to let I and my mother book a room. My sister is a duke patient and that is the designated hotel for duke patients. The manager stated that my mother kept complaining and refused to book us a room. I believe her actions were inappropriate.

I was charged a fee for the room due to my small dog peed on a towel and we split beer and cleaned it up with a towel. I was told the manager daughter note the account and the manager would give me a call back as well as super glue was on the dresser we didn't not have any super glue so that part wasn't true. Red Roof Inn manager illegal activity

There is a manager named Debbie Turner while I was staying there she notified me of late fees not being able to be waived so I said fine, and paid it with no complaints. Than my neighbor who I will leave anonymous for now notified me she didn't have enough money and said the manager at the front desk, Debbie, would purchase food stamps off her card and pay for her room and waive late fees. Normally, I do not complain, but I do feel this is not only illegal, but unfair to guests that pay there hard earned money. This needs to be looked into and reflects bad on your management team. If this is not resolved I will take this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

Red Roof Inn corporate policy

My daughter is moving from NC to Tucson next week to go to school. Like a good dad I reserved 4 consecutive nights and prepaid for the $5 discount. We were just informed that needs a new transmission and so that delays the trip 2DAYS. They (the hotels and the corporate office) when asked if I could bump the reservations up 2 days or give me some sort of help basically said "SCREW YOU"! I told them about our 20 years of loyalty and their answer was I'm Sorry". This has now cost us $200 plus the transmission. I am pleading for anyone and everyone to boycott this chain. My family and friends definetely are. Thank You!

Red Roof Inn Nights stay without air conditioning

My husband and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in London, KY on 8/14/2019. The room was very neat and clean. However sometime during the night the air conditioning quit. We woke up at 4AM to a room that was stuffy and warm. Also without air we could hear every sound being made in the inn. Upon check out was requested to speak with the manager but he wasn't coming in until after we were leaving. The woman, Lori, at the desk was of no help at all. There was never a "I'm so sorry or what can I do to help". She said absolutely nothing. I called Roger Patel, the manager, later in the day to conplain. He stated that he had discount our room by $15 and that was all he could do. He stated that we should have contacted the front desk at 4am and they would have moved us. Not very convenient for us. I just feel that this was not enough conpensation for what happened and the lack of customer service by the front desk. I feel I should have had a full refund for our night's stay. Our bill was $79.32 discounted to $62.79.

Red Roof Inn customer service

I had a very bad experience. I had stopped in Auburn to have dinner with some friends before traveling on to Valparaiso to visit mother in law. I went to hotel after dinner to rest up after 4 hour trip. I was asked if I preferred a certain floor. I told her I would like to be where it would be quiet so I could get some rest. She gives me a room right by the exit door. so most of the night the door was slamming. I did not complain at that time. the next morning, I went to take a shower and was getting ready to dry my hair. I picked up hair dryer, turned it on it started making noises, turned all red and quit working. I called the front desk to ask if they might have one I could use. Cassandra said I don't have any rooms that you could use one. I asked do you have one that I could use? She said they are attached to wall. I don't know what to tell you. OK then. I left with my hair wet. I made a call to Red Roof Inn when I got to my car. The person I talked to didn't even know they had a location in Auburn. She asked me about my complaint. I told her and she said just wait a hot minute I will connect you to another department. I waited on line for 20 minutes. Needless to say by that time I was furious with Ref Roofs customer service. I hung up called back and same person answered, stated she had not talked to me before and proceeded to put me on hold again. I waited 10 minutes and hung up. This was my first stay at Red Roof and MY LAST.

On July 13, 2019 i purchased two rooms to stay at the Red Roof in New Braunfels to take my granddaughter to the waterpark. Red Roof Inn cleanliness

We stopped at Red Roof in Statesville NC. The room was filthy... the ceiling was peeling off and the wall above the bed was a layer of dust webs and dust..The lamp shades were the same. There was an envelope for a rip with writing all over the back with rm #'s and how many towels they needed as if it was someones scratch papers... Water bottle caps under nite stand from previous patrons...
