This is to bring to your kind attention that one of your employee Filipino lady as well as another Filipino lady which is the manager of the above store, that’s what the introduction given , have charged very very excessively overcharged on my gold purchase of two items . Gold rate has been charged which is MUCH more than DOUBLE the gold rate in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Due to my medical condition as well as severe jet lag , tiredness and fatigue of flying for hours they have taken full advantage of me and cheated me on my hard-earned money. These employees have brought the reputation of Pure gold Jewellers really really down and have very seriously damaged the trust of its valued customers. I have called them up on 17th May 2026 and still they have advised me that gold rate is 340 USD / GM , 1249 AED /GM for 24K Gold. I have contacted customer care with all documentation/invoice and kindly appeal to the management of Pure Gold Jewellers to seriously look into the case and refund my excess amount charged by the Filipino ladies in the above store. There is also one gentleman named Kaushik an employee , he was also in the store during my purchase as well as other staff at that time. I have been taken full advantage, cheated , manipulated and mentally harassed. I hope the management will look into the conduct of its Dishonest employees and refund my excess amount as per the invoice which has been shared on customer care e-mail address. I appeal to all valued customer to use extreme caution when in the above store and avoid any purchases at all. I really hope Pure Gold Jewellers maintains its high standards , reputation and full trust of its valued customers and refund my excess amount taken/cheated from me. All invoice/boarding pass has been shared with the customer care.

Claimed loss: Approximately 4900 USD COULD BE MORE CHARGED MORE THEN THE DOUBLE GOLD RATE IN ABU DHABI.
Desired outcome: All invoice/boarding pass has been shared with the customer care.Awaiting further response from Pure Gold Jewellers Management on my Refund of my excess amount taken by the above store. HOPEING THAT MANAGEMENT WILL DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.
