Their Customer Service is so hit and miss, occasionally their people are helpful but quite frequently though are useless at providing help. Their phone system is so dysfunctional, I just hung up after sitting on hold for 55 minutes waiting for an associate! Why an earth don’t they have a callback system?! Total waste of customers time.
On top of that, their budget billing system is awful, completely underestimated my Bill, and then slammed us with a huge end of year additional bill. Not to mention electric bills just keep skyrocketing.
