Listening to the Alpha's Bride. Wanted to hear more episodes. Was presented with a deal to purchase 340 coins 13 May 2026. Purchase was not applied to the account, instead it was applied to a new account. I found the book, tapped the locked icon to start at episode 102, the APP took 9 coins but did not unlock, so I tried again and the same thing happened. -18 coins and no idea of where they went because the locked episode remained locked.
Claimed loss: 340 coins not applied to the correct account. 18 of those 340 coins are missing with no explanation.
Desired outcome: I want the episodes on the new account unlocked starting at episode 103. And I want to be able to use the coins for all of the episodes after 103.
