I have been using Paidwork.com for several months. After a major platform outage on March 30, 2026, my account was completely deleted/wiped.
I lost my balance of over $6, all my progress, and 15,186 DT points earned from the game Coin Tales (villages 120 - 1,098 pts, 153 - 6,185 pts, 200 - 7,903 pts).
For 35 days I have been sending screenshots, both old and new Account IDs, and all evidence via Google Drive folder. Instead of solving the issue, support keeps sending the same template replies: "we forwarded your case", "technical team is reviewing", "48-72 hours", etc.
This is not a simple delay — this is destruction of user data and refusal to restore earned money and progress.
I demand full restoration of my account, previous balance, all progress and 15,186 DT points.

Paidwork must take responsibility and fix what their outage broke.
