am filing this formal complaint to expose the massive Lunar Astro scam and the ongoing Deepanshu Giri fraud. This company operates a highly deceptive online astrology platform that traps vulnerable consumers, takes their money, and uses severe psychological extortion to silence them.

First, they use a bait-and-switch tactic for their consultations. Consumers pay premium rates (often ?5,000 to ?8,000) expecting a reading from the founder, Deepanshu Giri. Instead, they are offloaded to inexperienced, anonymous proxy students, notoriously known as "Astrologer Code 5007." The readings provided are generic, fear-mongering, and a complete waste of money.

Second, they aggressively upsell courses like "Bhrigu Vastu" and "Rituals of Happy Soul" for up to ?2 Lakhs. When students realize the material is substandard or copied and request a refund, the company enforces a predatory zero-refund policy. They ghost the customer, block their accounts, and lock them out of the platform entirely, keeping 100% of the funds.

The most disturbing part of the Deepanshu Giri fraud is the psychological abuse. When victims demand their money back or attempt to post negative reviews, Lunar Astro's representatives explicitly threaten them with "black magic," "tantra," and "karmic curses." They use spiritual extortion and baseless legal threats to terrorize victims into deleting their complaints.

Furthermore, independent audits have revealed a ?14.9 Crore revenue anomaly in their One Person Company (OPC) filings, and they use a 31-domain flooding strategy to bury real complaints under fake 5-star Trustpilot reviews generated by a troll farm. This company is a calculated financial trap.
