I placed an order around 2/23/2026 for several items and one of the items arrived damaged so I contacted Customer Service and asked what they would do about it. It was only a $10.69 item. I was told that they would issue me a refund. I asked if they could just deduct it from my invoice total and was told no, they would credit my payment. After a month went by and I received no credit back to my debit card, I contacted them again and was told I would be getting a check. Month 2 goes by and still no refund. Contacted again and was told that their accounting department was "behind" and that I would be getting the check. At the beginning of this month (May) after still no refund, I contacted them again but this time I told them to close my account for good. I realize it's not a big amount but it is the principal of just doing what you say will be done and most of all caring. So, I never got the refund and it's really OK because most of their items come from China and are really not what they seem on the website nor the quality that they should be. It's just really a shame that they don't seem to care about "Customer loyalty"!
Recommendation: Don't bother buying from them, cheap items and bad customer service
