Really very sad to inform you that it is nearly impossible to get through to your help line. Once you get them, they do not talk properly/politely or give the complaint Number. Once the complaint is registered it takes at least 48 hrs for your local service provider to react if they wish to, who NEVER respond to calls. I was given two numbers of LG managers in Pune from your helpline [protected], 7875443879) none of them responded to my endless calls. Your LG rep came, after looking at the Microwave, said I cannot repair this, it's a very old model, if you want, I can get it done locally but it will cost so much and so much, for which I will not give any receipt or bill and there is no warranty on that. I have already been duped twice by fake reps earlier and paid quite a lot. On top of it all he wanted the OTP from my phone as a happy performance act? (for NO work done). I just told him please leave. I am a senior Army Vattern doctor, settled in Pune. Is this the type of service you provide? Really sad and shocking.
