LG Electronics lg tv defective

I purchased 2 LG TVs March 22, 2016. When I received it the HDMI port one was not functioning one of them. I am using port 2. I did not complain at the time. A few months ago the same TV, is not showing video. The picture is coming in and out. I called your support and they indicated to me that they would send someone to check it out. I told them that I bought the TV online through Amazon from a Company called Adorama Camera. I emailed Amazon and they referred me to Adorama Camera. they indicated to me that their warranty had already expired so I had to go directly to LG the manufacturer because the warranty had not expired from the manufacturer.

I called LG support and they indicated to me that they would send someone out to look at the TV. I indicated to them that I bought the TV online and it was shipped out to me by my freight forwarder in the US to the Caribbean(St Lucia). They said at that point because the TV is not in the US they could not do anything for me. If I were to send the TV back to the US it would probably cost me the same amount of the price of a new TV.

Now I have a TV that I paid $571.99 for and it doesn't work in less than a year. Even though your support was able to repair the TV I do not believe that I should be stuck with a TV that showed signs of defectiveness from the day one when I received it.

I was about to buy another TV as I do not have one and I am thinking twice about buying another LG. I usually buy items online and have it shipped out to me but has never had an issue of replacement if I had an issue.

I would appreciate your considering replacing the TV and shipping it to my freight forwarder in Miami. I have a container from my freight forwarder leaving Miami at the end of March.

I have attached the invoice of my purchase with all the necessary details including my freight forwarders address in Miami

LG Electronics lg smartphone

Life's good right? not when you need service from lg - they absolutely suck.
Sent my very-well-cared-for g3 to them in nov 2016 (!) because it was having screen blackout issues at 14 mos old, cost to repair or replace with the problem-riddled g4 was $200, decided to buy another phone instead and have them return my phone unrepaired. I have called, emailed, faxed them request to return the phone no less than 10 times over the past 4 months, each time same story and routine - let me check the status - no status - let me request a status from the repair dept in 24-48 hrs and we'll call/email you - no response - call/email/fax again, same routine.
Still open and no returned phone as of 3/13/17!
Can you believe this garbage?
These people do not care about customer service, only selling you a new product.
Update 3/13/17 - I might be getting a refund... not clear yet.

LG Electronics dryer - electric

What kind of cheap ### company sells $800 washers and dryers only to NOT supply a power cord? Even my $10 GE radio came with a cord! CS told me that it was to give me the option to purchase a 3 or 4 prong cord? Maybe this should be an option on the stupid website when purchasing the matching or MAYBE the CS rep that helped me with the purchase could have mentioned this! Who sells something that requires electricity and then stiffs you on the cord? I don't mind paying for the cord, but seriously would have been helpful to know before I had the contractor due installation work in my house!

Are you freaking kidding me LG?

LG Electronics lg television

I bought a new television from a Walmart store in dauphin Manitoba Canada ok when brought home we took the precautions of not plugging in till next day when we tried to plug in the unit displayed lines on the bottom right hand corner like it was banged or abused in transport went through the steps with lg customers service everything was going good told me to take it back because of no service provider in our area when arriving at the Walmart store they refused to replace unit our tv sat until I again started phoning around Walmart told me to wait to see what they can do so we waited now lg costomer service along with Walmart are totally just ignoring us on this unit paid almost $1000 dollars and have a tv that doesn't even work with both companies refusing to work with me on resolving this I don't know why I picked this unit tv not even a month old not even 15 days old and warranty was paid full now we have nothing hopefully this message can get someone's attention and do something about this unit can be reached at [protected] meanwhile everywhere you look even on tv they say LIFE's GOOD that's bs so anyone contact me b waiting

LG Electronics lg range with double oven

Our range with double oven was purchased on 2/20/2016. It stopped working in November 2016, and was subsequently repaired. It stopped working again on 2/2/2017 (less than three months after first repair.) I have certainly lost faith in a major appliance that breaks down twice in the first year!

When I called LG customer service on 2/2/2017, I was informed that they did not have a repair company who could be scheduled to come out, but they would work on getting one. Over the next three weeks, LG never attempted to contact us. I called numerous times over this period, and was told each time that we would get a call within 48 to 72 hours. This never happened.

After three weeks, we were told that LG could not provide a repairman, and that the company would issue a refund check to us. When a week went by without receiving this refund check, we called customer service yet again, and were told the refund was denied.

So this left us without a repair or a refund! After much wrangling, customer service indicated that they would request the refund again. This was on 3/2/2017.

On 3/6/2017, we were told that LG may be able to get a repairman out. We were by this time waiting on a refund for the product, and I was promised the refund decision would be finalized by 3/9/2017. As of today, 3/10, we have been told that decision has not yet been made. We were told company policy is to make this decision within 3 to 5 business days. Your policy is not being followed!

We simply want a refund for a faulty product. This should never have gone on this long. Your customer service has been terrible to work with!

No one should be treated with such callousness or complacency! We will never purchase LG again after being treated so poorly!

LG Electronics vacuum cleaner

Dears

We bought a vacuum from lg for few months, then it have a defected part, not because personal abuse. But unfortunately, the response of the customer services wasn't satisfied at all. The company wants us to pay about 750 egp for this part which is a quarter of its original price, also it is still within the warranty period. Therefore, this response makes us regret giving the company our trust. Additionally it makes us advise others not to buy its products anymore. I hope listening from you shortly.

LG Electronics lg 5k monitor (27md5ka)

This product (purchased a month ago in Jan 17) is susceptible to well-documented interference issues. After calling LG 3x, an LG call centre representative did call back and without an apology for the issue said LG would not replace under warranty a faulty unit as is required under Australian Law. LG's behaviour is not only a ruinous example of bad customer service, it is unethical and in Australia illegal. This is now before the Department of Consumer Affairs and the ACCC a regulatory body covering the application of Consumer Law.

your customer service representative was rude and in the wrong to tell me I'm "overreacting" because there was nothing you guys could do to help me this is very unprofessional. please listen to the recording in order to help me resolve my issue . I am extremely upset after working and investigating this issue to be spoken to in this was is extremely upsetting... I would like to hear back from someone asap thank you.

LG Electronics o-let tv

TV that we bought almost 10 months ago has a problem on screen that is not refreshing when we changed the channel. Previous channel logo still kept on tv. Local repair office advice us to take TV to repair it. But, appreciated that this is not acceptable solution. If it is accident for the new TV, as an company, you should take back. repair is not acceptable for the customer side for the new TV.

LG Electronics lg g4

I am about to be on my 4th LG G4 phone in less then a year! It's absolutely the worst piece of junk phone I have ever had! I lost my parents 40th anniversary pictures, my mother's 70th birthday, family vacation photos and memories I can never get back thanks to this phone and the fact that regardless of how my settings were, it didn't save! I am sick that I spent any money at all with this piece of crap and I plan on never purchasing another LG product for the rest of my life. Thanks for showing me what an awful company LG is to deal with and how LG really doesn't care at all about their customers! I have spoken to my family (there's over 40 people old enough to purchase), we are NEVER purchasing any LG products ever! And we are loyal to our word! I have also spoke to my company, I am in the corporate office for a oilfield company in Houston, Texas. You have also lost our business! The great thing is, decisions like that can be made when you work very hard for the CEO and are loyal to his company. Funny how that works!

So thanks LG, thanks for literally the absolute worst experience I have ever had to deal with and for your customer service showing me exactly what your company stands for! GOOD BYE!

LG Electronics lg washer

Bought a LG Top load washer less than 3 years ago for $720. Its constantly going out of balance several times every load you wash. Now the drive shaft broke and took out the wash plate as well. Despite the fact that the front of the washer has a 10 year warranty sticker plastered on the front of it LG refused to authorize the repair center to cover the parts under warranty, the cost of which is approx. $400-450. I called LG directly and they and talked to a technician first and she just kept telling me it was not her department and that she was only authorized to talk to the service repair company and not me. I had to beg to talk to a supervisor and had to wait forever to talk for her to get on the line only to tell me that the 10 year warranty only covers the rotor and stator, not the drive shaft and basically told me I was SOL.
Bottom live save yourself the heartache and money and don't ever buy a LG washer. They are JUNK and their customer service is non-existent!

LG Electronics lg led smart tv

Please think before buying lg tv products they will not provide the spare parts support for the lg tv you have purchased. They give spare parts support for only 2 years after that some repair happened to your tv then you have to throw it in garbage only.
I brought lg led 42lv3710 around march 2014. Now it stop working. So I have called lg service. And they came and checked my tv and said that, "the tv motherboard is gone. So I have try to find the spare motherboard for this tv but it is not available due to you have stop the production this tv". And I have checked in all your service centers they said the same. Now what I have to do. I have paid aed 3500 for this tv 3 years back. Now I am unable to get the spare motherboard for this tv. If I am unable to got motherboard then the tv is waste. #lg

LG Electronics lg3 smartphone

I've had my LG3 Smartphone less than a year and the screen started flickering and faded to black. Its in otherwise excellent condition but my phone carrier (Verizon) said there is nothing that could be done other than me buying a new phone. I called LG support and was told I could send the phone in to be refurbished for a Cost. For a phone that is not even two years old I find this ridiculous that I would have to pay for something that should have lasted longer. Customer support was very rude and very unhelpful when I talk to them. I was going to purchase a new LG phone but now I'm thinking of looking elsewhere because of my dissatisfaction with your product and customer service

LG Electronics dryer

My 1.5 year old dryer stopped working on 2/4. I immediately contacted LG and was told that it was out of warranty (only a 1 year warranty). This is the second time that the dryer has stopped working since it was purchased. I purchased the LG extended warranty and scheduled an appointment with an authorized service provided for 2/7 with arrival between 8-12. On Monday I received a call and an email from the Service Provider (Precision Services) saying that they order the parts in advance based on what I described (even though they don't know if it will actually fix the problem) and then they will schedule an appointment after they receive the part (in 3-5 business days). So today, on day 5, I call and am told that they actually needed approval from LG (which they just got yesterday) and they ordered the part today and it will be another 3-5 days before the part will arrive (if I'm lucky). I contacted LG and spent 1.5 hours on the phone to no avail. LG won't do anything--they wouldn't even agree to at least expedite shipping so it would arrive faster--I was actually told 3-5 days is fast. I have out of town guests arriving next week and I have no dryer and no idea when I will have one working. My GE dryer lasted at least 15 years without issue. I definitely won't by any LG products again and their extended warranty is a rip off. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service and poor communication from both companies.

LG Electronics lg flex 2

Customer came into sprint store with over heating device wanted the rep to file a complaint with lG so that they were aware of the situation. Customer has purchased a lg Flex 2 and after a year the device is now unable to hold a charge and has not been working properly for 2 weeks. Customer wants LG to be aware of the issue with her device considering all of the Samsung devices that have been malfunctioning.

LG Electronics dishwasher

The dishwasher doesn't complete the cycle it stops when it has to drain (Issue) I called the lg and did the over the phone diagnosis it narrowed it down to 3 items one was the defective drain pump, they recommend I call there service dep't for repairs. This unit is only 3 years old it should not be breaking down, why should I pay to have it repaired? It is not fair, I have installed all lg products in my house I am questioning that decision at this point.

LG Electronics lfx31925st

I bought a new LG for $2500 with a $500 warranty from Best Buy. You would think that you would be secure after spending all that money! The frig went entirely out and I lost all of my food. After a week they said it was fixed, but my food was warm. The frig ranged in temp from 33 to 44 degrees with a setting of 36. They said it had the wrong computer from the beginning and put in another one. Afterward, it did the same thing. They said those were normal settings for food.

The internet states that food in the refrigerator at 40 degrees for over two minutes begins to grow mold. I told LG and Best Buy that and demanded a new refrigerator. They stated that 41 degrees is normal. I asked, "So why am I setting my frig at 36?"

They said we're done and both companies refused to do anything further.

LG Electronics mobile repair service

Paid for repair on my smartphone 12/22/16. Had in writing my repaired device would be received 5-7 business days from date of payment. On 1/23/17, the 20th business day told repair cannot be made before March; offered and accepted a different model phone as replacement within 5-7 more days. As of 1/30/17 the replacement is also not in stock with no ETA when they'll have it. It'll be 7-9 more days after they get *that* phone before I know anything. When asked for a faster replacement I was refused. When I asked for a manager to speak to, I was not transferred. I was put on hold and answered by the same representative stating he "partnered with his supervisor" and he agreed all I can do is wait for an email saying when they will have more information for me.

LG Electronics lge dlex7600we wh dryer

Dryer was bought brand new. Gives NP Warning since hook up and never worked! Power to home and all wiring to home checked out perfectly! Issue is with dryer! LG will not get a customer service rep to us in a timely matter. LG could care less! We have been without a dryer for almost 3 weeks with a LARGE family. This issue with the LG dryer is a FIRE hazard. This dryer is a LEMON! Do not purchase! Worst possible customer service too!

LG Electronics service

Main Complaint: Promise to call back within 24 hours - never calls back.
Told my Cell phone is not South African - they can't help.
Gave them proof of purchase etc.
Told ok will help but will call back. Still waiting.

They refuse to give me the email address of LG Head Office in Korea.
I can therefore do nothing other than changing my brand.
