I paid my bill through the payment option so ever month I think I was paying around 160 bucks or something a month to pay off a 1600 dollar bill and I paid it off to then get more bills from them in the mail and now my stuff is in collections when I paid the bill online through the portal so I’m pretty confused on why all this is happening but I have some screenshots of some of the payments I made with the bill in the top corner so I’ll be sure to use them in court or we can figure out how to get my stuff out of collections bc this is ridiculous yall are supposed to be a professional hospital this isn’t professional esp when I’ve been reading others with pretty much the same issue it’s complete bs FIX YOUR SYSTEM!
