On 19/05/2026, a service representative from Sree Sai Associate (BPSF00476) visited my residence for servicing purposes against an online service request registered on 18/05/2026. After inspection and evaluation, the representative replaced the Inline Sediment Filter and Carbon Filter and charged an amount of INR 2,250 (Bill No. - 14129) for the same.
However, similar filter combinations are readily available on various websites at a significantly lower cost of approximately INR 1,299. If any excess amount has been charged beyond the standard approved pricing, kindly arrange reimbursement of the excess amount on priority basis.
