I am complaining about JNT earnshaw branch because theyare cutting off early at 4pm. They do allow customers to go inside only to find out you will not be assisted. Even if you talk to me they will just ignore you and keep using their mobile phones like they do not see or hear you. After 4pm what are they doing is just sitting pretty and using mobile phones while waiting to be out at 5pm. Isnt 4pm too early to do cut off?. If you go to them early at 8am. You still have to wait for them because they still have some personal things to do eveb if it is alrrady work time.

Desired outcome: Suspend staffs who do not want to assist customers promptly and those who will do cut off early.
