My name is bob rossi,and i am requestig immediate executive-level assistance regarding a defective pair of hugo boss insoles.I have contacted customer service multiple times by phone and text,sent photos of the product,and requested a manager call me.
While these insoles are an older pair,they should not break apart under normal use.I am requesting prompt resolution.Please have executive support contact me
