I did not request cancellation yet. I am still deciding. I don’t know why they took my $149 and then cancelled my account without my explicit request?
They already charged me an additional $149 on 5/12/26. If they are canceling me - WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST - then they need to refund that $149 they charged on 5/12/26.

They are now trying to say the second $149 was because they completed a medical plan, but THAT WAS ALREADY COMPLETED in April. They asked me the same initial questions, which I thought was weird, but I answered. They used that to say I’d had more services and then cancelled my subscription,
I need the CEO’s name and phone number or email address.
I was already diagnosed and receiving treatment. There was no reason, except to charge me, for them to do a new “assessment.”
