On May 7,2026 I ordered the One And Only Bouquet - Exquisite (Order #: 60179521890) for Mothers Day. It was scheduled for delivery on Friday May 8th, 2026.
The charge for delivery was $27!
The flowers arrived on Tuesday May 12 ! 2 days AFTER Mothers Day !
I may have been more understanding if they arrived on Saturday May 9th, but to arrive on the Tuesday AFTER Mothers Day is unacceptable! I paid $110 for flowers that were to be delivered on Friday May 8th for Mothers Day!
What good are flowers 2 days after a wedding?
What good are flowers 2 days after a funeral?
What good are flowers 2 days after the prom?
WHAT GOOD ARE FLOWERS 2 DAYS AFTER MOTHERS DAY?!
This is overwhelmingly inconsiderate, overpriced flowers and overpriced delivery charges!

Desired outcome: Total refund to the card used as method of payment.
