Fasthosts Internet review: Subscription scam, they will charge a lot more than advertised price

Having dealt with domain names and web hosting for 25 years I can honestly say FastHosts is the one I would most stay away from.

I've had a support ticket open for 3 MONTHS.

They aren't clear with their communication, and have told me clearly services are £0 and would last for 12 months, they're taking ≈£25 per month from me without supplying a service and sneakily closing tickets when I point it out as part of their non fulfilment of service.

One Customer Service operator told me "We don't consider service tickets as service tickets, more 'notes'.".

No, really, one of them said that after saying I was emailed a contract (I wasn't) and the only email from them defines some of their services as "£0 per month for 12 months".

Don't get tied in to their services, they are VERY difficult to leave. Even being nice won't help, so just avoid them.
