This is what I could get from survey that was corrupted to kick me out without points. The survey was for 8 points.
I also tried to redeem my points again that I accumulated and have not been allowed to redeem my points for two years already. I was redeeming it for airlines points. E-Rewards blocked my attempts for redemption by refusing to let me redeem through my email to my airline account. They demand me to provide a cell number, my birth date and some other sensitive information and I even do not have their phone number and their names to call them. I need to redeem my points from my e-Rewards account to my airline account. While I was blocked to redeem my points, e-Rewards increased the price for miles. This is look like abuse and I still cannot get my points for miles to my airline account. This is ridiculous obvious abuse.
Claimed loss: 328,59 points plus 8 points not posted today that on the screen shot before was started. The points closed to redeem for 6000 miles.
Desired outcome: I need to redeem for United Airline miles through the email confirmation. I do not have a phone number for e-Rewards and I do not have any names of any executive, who wants to get my sensitive info.
